CHICKS (2022)

I first saw the short film CHICKS at last year’s Fantastic Fest and was oddly bewildered by the whole thing. Intensely pink slumber party ridiculousness takes a hard turn to a whole different type of movie (and color palette) than what anyone can predict. No, seriously—you may think you can outguess CHICKS, but you cannot. Here’s the synopsis:

A girly, cotton-candy colored slumber party quickly unravels when a shy teen becomes the center of her friends' bizarre nighttime ritual.
