The Making of UNIVERSAL SOLDIER

Classic Behind The Scenes (BTS) featurettes are always fun to watch. You get the fun time travel aspect of seeing the actors and filmmakers hype up a film that hasn’t been released yet to them, but we know the outcome. These videos also show just how studios were pitching the movie back in the day. For example, the below video for 1992’s UNIVERSAL SOLDIER has the speakers highlight that the UniSols aren’t cyborgs or machines (perhaps a bit of shade thrown at TERMINATOR? Or at least an attempt to differentiate?).

This feature also spotlights the stunts and for that it’s certainly worth watching.
