What It Is: Seeking shelter from a storm, five travelers are in for a bizarre and terrifying night when they stumble upon the Femm family estate.
Where It Is: Tubi
Why You Should Watch It: “What might possibly be the first Queer horror movie in history should be required viewing for anyone that fancies themselves as a connoisseur of LGBTQ+ genre film. Besides having over the top characters, it may very well have created the blueprint for many cult classics with its "strangers breaking down and having to stay in a spooky house on a dark and stormy night" story arc. If you are able to read between the lines, and appreciate the coded language in this pre-ratings system thriller directed by openly gay horror maestro James Whale (FRANKENSTEIN), then this is a perfect film to view for the upcoming Pride season. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
