Erin Hattamer’s Clueless SAW Victim
The world needs…laughter.
Like basically every aspect of the Internet, TikTok is also a playground of nightmares. A double-edged sword that provides various expedient paths towards societal collapse but also can introduce some truly inventive ideas, promote awareness of important matters, and spotlight wickedly talented people. Chicago-based comedian Erin Hattamer is one such wickedly talented person. Her entire TikTok page is full of hilarious videos that brilliantly mix mundane reactions to outsized situations or encapsulate moments of inspired absurdity. It’s delightful.
Case in point is “The Person In JIGSAW Who Doesn’t Get It” which is about what happens when a regular degular human awakes to find themselves in the overly emotionally heightened situation of needlessly overcomplicated torture tasks. In order to appreciate her videos, one doesn’t need to know the SAW series well (really, just its premise).
After the rousing (and well-earned) success of that video, she came back with another installment of the same person who is still struggling with the very concept of the macabre, but also intensely awkward, situation.

So far there have only been the two parts released. Maybe there’ll be more, especially as her premise has provided the structure for about 10 parts as each person gets taken out. But maybe there won’t be and instead we’ll just get other incredible and hilarious videos from this exceptionally talented comedic mind.
