The Daniels vs. The Drafthouse

I will never stop touting the awesomeness of EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE.

NEVER!!!

From the astounding trailer to the dope martial arts stunt team and more, this is simply a terrific film that deserves all the attention and praise. And, for the sake of full disclosure, I am very worried that it was released too early in the year and will get lost in the shuffle come awards.

Not only am I posting this in the interest of keeping the Daniels’ great movie visible for as long as possible, but they are also great videos made in conjunction with Alamo Drafthouse. The first is a pitch by the Daniels to Drafthouse for one of the theater chain’s infamous “don’t talk, don’t text” PSAs that plays before every screening:

The second is the Daniels revealing to Drafthouse that two truly mind-boggling scenes waere cut from the final version of EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE with one involving a character referred to as…Spaghetti Baby Noodle Boy. Check it out.
